I am sometimes a bit limited as to what I can on Constitutional Challenges and the like.  Whether its from the point of view of keeping certain aspects quiet - or even if I wanted to criticize what is at times the inaction of the profession one is limited - so thats the answer to the many who ask why I don't always have in depth coverage on that. 

On another subject - the huge RAF claim the Fund is facing, which is being litigated by Pretoria attorneys - its really in the pleadings stage - but its an overseas professional - a young lawyer and the merits - well, its the 1% case - a passenger scenario - so it is going to be a huge payout.  It may of course still be over a year away.  No, I am not involved in the matter.
